Storage Capacity: 18,000 Liters. Tank Dimensions: Cylindrical body measuring 4.1 meters in length with a diameter of 2.44 meters. Secondary Containment (Bund Wall): A rectangular steel containment basin designed to capture leaks or spills, measuring 5 meters (Length) x 2.8 meters (Width). Total Height: 3 meters (inclusive of the tank structure and top safety rails).

Structural Components & Safety Features

Access System: Integrated side ladder leading to a top walkway equipped with safety handrails for inspection and maintenance. Piping & Loading: External fill/discharge pipework equipped with standard control valves. Labeling: Hazard identification placards and signs for industrial safety compliance. Structure: Heavy-duty carbon steel construction with weather-resistant coating. Additional: delivery, installation, pumping / Dispensing system supply and installation.

1. خزانات الديزل الثابتة (Above-Ground Tanks)

تستخدم عادة في المواقع الإنشائية، المصانع، والمستشفيات، وتأتي بعدة سعات:

  • خزانات صغيرة (تغذية المولدات): سعة 1,000 لتر إلى 5,000 لتر.
  • خزانات متوسطة: سعة 10,000 لتر إلى 25,000 لتر.
  • خزانات كبيرة (محطات داخلية): سعة 45,000 لتر إلى 90,000 لتر.

المواصفات: جدار فردي (Single Wall) أو جدار مزدوج (Double Wall) مع حوض احتواء (Bunded).

2. صهاريج نقل (Tankers)

وهي الصهاريج المثبتة على شاحنات للنقل والتوزيع:

  • صهاريج التوزيع المحلي: سعة 2,000 جالون إلى 5,000 جالون (تستخدم لتزويد المواقع والمعدات).
  • ناقلات الوقود الكبيرة: سعة 30,000 لتر فما فوق (للنقل بين المحطات أو المدن).

المواصفات: مزودة بمضخات وتدفق (Flow Meters) معتمدة، وأنظمة تأريض للحماية من الكهرباء الساكنة.

3. صهاريج نقل وتخزين المياه (Water Tanks)

  • صهاريج المياه الصالحة للشرب (Drinking Water): مصنوعة او مطلية من مواد مبطنة لمنع التآكل والصدأ.
  • صهاريج مياه المجاري (Sewage Tanks): تستخدم في المواقع المؤقتة وشركات إدارة النفايات السائلة.

4. صهاريج المواد الكيميائية والزيوت

صهاريج مخصصة لنقل الزيوت الهيدروليكية أو زيوت المحركات المستعملة.
